Global 505 Coalition is an exciting new alliance of organizations that focus on serving Albuquerque and New Mexico state’s immigrant and refugee communities through the pooling of resources for common needs.
Partner organizations include: Association of Burundian-Americans in New Mexico, Catholic Charities, Encuentro, Immigrant and Refugee Resource Village of Albuquerque, Littleglobe, Lutheran Family Services, New Mexico Asian Family Center, New Mexico Women’s Global Pathways, and the University of New Mexico Refugee Well-Being Project.
As a large group of organizations (including non-profits), Global 505 Coalition works in concert to provide culturally sensitive programs and services that help those within the Albuquerque, NM international community to become more self-sufficient, empowered, and aware of their rights by utilizing multilingual and multicultural staff members, licensed counselors and interpreters.
These guys needed something totally unique and useful for all of the members of their partner organizations to be able to use. In an event put together by AIGA New Mexico and Code4ABQ called ’24-hour CreateAthon NM’, we teamed up with 10 other design, development, and marketing professionals to create a total brand identity package from scratch. Our founder, Diego was the team leader. Work for this project includes:
- Designing an engaging brand
- Documenting (in detail) their potential marketing strategy
- Build a stunning website
- Integrate an online learning system into the website (to teach online classes)
- Design amazing marketing materials
Here is Facebook post that encapsulates just how exciting this 24-hour weekend project was:
